Olu and I celebrated our five year wedding anniversary last week Friday! I can’t believe five years has come and gone, it seems like we just got hitched two years ago.
Fun fact: We started dating 13 years ago! Cues in Perfect by Ed Sheeran- “we were just kids when we fell in love.” God has been the center of our home, and I thank him everyday for giving me a love like this. I couldn’t ask for a better partner and father. For our anniversary, we dropped Ire with my parents and had the day to ourselves. We made a huge mistake waiting till the day of to make dinner reservations- please don’t be like us, everywhere was booked. Thankfully we were able to get reservations at The Capital Grille with the help of two of our really good friends. The food was so amazing- I felt like I was in food heaven. Typically me ordered so many things and couldn’t finish half of what was ordered. The food was very filling and tasty, I’ve listed everything we ate below. Overall, It was an awesome night!!! Happy anniversary my love, may God continue to refresh our love for one another.
