Hope everyone had a faboulous weekend!! Thanks so much to everyone who wished me a happy birthday on Saturday, I really appreciate all the love. I wore this outfit to my friends’ wedding several weeks ago. I have been dying to make a hi-lo skirt in ankara so when the opportunity presented itself, I jumped at it lol. The top I’m wearing is sewn from the original Aso Ebi (African fabric selected by the celebrant, to be worn by close friends and family). The fabric can be sewn in any style. I wanted to mix things up a little, so I used a different print for the skirt.
