Workin on my Summer body like….
Seriously y’all am I the only one who has been slacking when it comes to exercising? I haven’t gone to the gym in about two weeks, I’m just not motivated. One of the things I need to work on is sleeping on time. Lately, I’ve been sleeping past my bed time and waking up feeling exhausted. The 94+ degree days we’ve been experiencing sure isn’t making it any easier. I have a gym date with a friend tomorrow morning, wish me luck!! One of the major pros of having a gym buddy is accountability.
How do you motivate yourself to exercise?
